There is no cost to apply to the Tulsa Visa Network. If you are accepted, the costs associated with determining your eligibility and the associated costs with your identified immigration pathway will be covered for you.
How soon can I begin the process of applying for a green card?
Once we have determined your immigration strategy, our partner law firm will guide you on what paths are available for you to obtain a green card as soon as possible.
How well do I need to know English to qualify as a candidate?
You will need to be comfortable using the English language, which you can demonstrate through proficiency tests and in conversations with our team. For qualified candidates with specialty skills, we work with industry professionals to provide related tests for skills such as coding.
What type of skills do I need to qualify for the program?

- Full Stack Web Development

There are a number of factors used to calculate your taxes, including number of dependents, marital status, employment status, etc. For tax support, we have partnered with a tax agency that will help you navigate the US Tax system.
Can my family come with me?
Yes! Keeping families together is one of our top priorities. For immigration purposes, dependents that we can support are spouses and children under 21 years of age.
How will you support my family?
We will work with you and your family to determine what immigration options are available to them.
